Double bedroom with private bathroom in a large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom (the other two bedrooms have en-suites) maisonette in the heart of Clapham Junction, very near to CJ overground station. Gated parking is available and the block has a small gated garden too. The house is kept tidy and we have a cleaner every few weeks at very reasonable cost. The rent is £973.20 pcm (bills not included).

I (Adam) am moving out as I’m buying a flat nearby - I am about to complete with a likely moving date of 12 December so am looking for someone to move in any time after this date. Sharing with two guys that I went to uni with (Kit and Tom, both 29; see pics) and who work full time in the civil service and geo-engineering, respectively.
