Room is not huge but there is heaps of storage throughout the house.
You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely, very chill 25yr old guys, Harrison, Chris and Dez. Haz works at third space, Chris is in tech operations and Dez is a software engineer.
Lease is until 1/12/26 but not necessarily looking for someone for the whole time.
Chest of drawers is mine (ikea songesand) but open to selling if you’re interested!
Fully equipped kitchen.
And we have a dryer!!
Bills are about 140/month in winter 90-110ish in summer.
Council tax band F.
No deposit.
