Our housemate is moving out to go travelling and so we have one furnished room going in an amazing house in SW11 Battersea/Clapham Junction just off the river.

Move in date is 26/27 October rent is £927pcm + bills. We will be doing viewings

You’ll be living with two girls and two guys, mid 20s who do a mix of work from home and in the office. A fun and sociable bunch but also appreciate down time after a long day, we’re all great friends and the house is huge so we never feel on top of each other!

Most of the photos below (apart from the bedroom are from the estate agents but we’ve given the place a more homely touch and you’d be welcome to as well!

- Good location, right near the river and easy to walk into Battersea and Wandsworth.
- 15mins to a big Sainsbury’s, close to Coop and Tesco Express.
- 10min walk to Clapham Junction Station with trains and buses going all over.
