Bright double room in open plan living house in Clapham! We are looking for a couple to join our flat. It’s a 3 storey house with 2.5 bathrooms, a great space to sunbathe in the garden in summer and an open plan kitchen dining - which is great for hosting!

You’ll be taking over the lease of my room till June 2027 (1 year 8 months left).
£1365 + £100 roughly for bills.
Tenancy starts 5th November - but open to moving sooner! Deposit is £1370.

Open to selling the next person most of the furniture in the room too!

You’ll be living with 3 girls aged 26-28, two who are British and one Aussie! The girls are honestly such a fun bunch. They love to watch tv shows with a wine or beer, bake delish treats (which my boyfriend literally loves), watch the rugby at the pub, run and love to host a dinner parties with friends. We would want a couple who is clean, fun, loves to socialise too but also likes their own space.
