My current flatmate is moving out after buying her own place, so I’m looking for someone to join me in this spacious, well-kept flat.

- Ample communal storage; ideal for comfortable, uncluttered living.
- Building features: manned concierge (working hours), secure entry, CCTV, communal gardens, bike storage, and parking.

- Quiet neighborhood along the Thames Path, within easy walking distance of Clapham Junction (10 min) and Wandsworth Town (15 min).
