Renting our lovely flat for 6 months for £2100 (£1050 per room) Newly refurbished kitchen , bathroom and new flooring.

We consider renting it to not more than 3 people in the flat for your own comfort.

The flat will come furnished (but happy to negotiate some bits depending on what you have). The kitchen is large and got put in last year

The flats also quite large 850 square feet with plenty of storage

Theres one toilet room and one bathroom

Both rooms are nice and spacious, one is slightly smaller but comes with a walk in wardrobe and a smaller chest of drawers, while the other is larger but will have a normal wardrobe and a larger chest of drawers

Bills not included but most bills are static

Council tax - 78
Water - 57

Electric and gas has on average been 100 a month 3 people, but depends on usage, I think the fair thing is to also keep it static at 100 unless there’s heavy heavy usage.

Included in the price is a cleaner who will clean the flat every two weeks, bedrooms optional but is also included

It's the flat we made for ourselves and put lots of love to it and while traveling wanted to rent it to someone who will treat it like yours.

The end of the tenancy is the end of June and isn't negotiable, but the start date is 🙂
