After two great years I will be relocating and so I have a spacious double bedroom available to rent from 8th November, in a very smart and functional property.

The house is located on Theatre Street in Battersea, a very pleasant, Victorian Street that's situated next to the old Battersea Arts Centre. The flat is spacious for 2 people and is well checked and maintained by the landlord. It's also extremely well situated within easy reach of the open green spaces of Clapham Common and Battersea Park, along with the many shops, bars and cafes of Lavender Hill and St John’s Hill. Clapham Junction Station is also an easy 8 min walk away, providing excellent transport links into Central London and the City.

About flatmate:
25 and currently working in finance, sociable and like going out for drinks every so often, but also don’t mind nights in either watching the TV or playing cards. I also enjoy exercise, more particularly running. I am also respectful of other people’s personal space and downtime.

The flat also offers cheap council tax in Wandsworth at Council tax band C.
