Living with 3 lovely girls; Emma (34), Claudia (30), Victoria (32).
We’re all pretty independent and do our own thing most of the time, but enjoy a drink/ takeaway/ movie together if we’re in at the same time!
The house has three floors and a fully stocked kitchen and living / dining room. There are two bathrooms and then a third downstairs toilet on ground floor (you’d just share a bathroom with one person). We also have a garden which is ideal for the summer!
Bed included, all other furniture excluded. We do have a desk/chair and clothes rail for sale from one of the other rooms if interested.
Tenancy ends 28th July 2026, so you will be taking it over part way through (I will arrange the change over of names through the letting agent).
I’ve lived here for 1 year and only moving out because I’m going travelling, but otherwise sad to be leaving as it’s a great spot/people.
