Large double En-Suite in Clapham Junction

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bed 2 bath flat in Clapham Junction! My current flatmate and best friend is moving out to travel the world (😢) so we are looking to fill her room this December/January.

It is a modern flat with a large kitchen and living space in a great location close to Northcote Road, Clapham Junction station and both Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common. There is a lift in the building and a friendly resident community.

The room avaliable is a large double, with lovely big windows and a very large bathroom. The bedroom has floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. The room can be unfinished or the current tenant is willing to sell the furniture currently in the room.

I am in my late 20s, I work in HR and I am in the office 4 days a week (wfh Fridays). In my spare time I enjoy seeing friends for brunches, going to the theatre and video games/board games. I tend to prefer a chilled night in over a big night out and love movies, TV shows, reading and hanging out with friends over a dinner and drinks.

You would also be sharing with a 5 year old rag-doll cross cat! He is an indoor cat and is very friendly 😺 if you have a pet they could be considered but it will be decided by the landlord.

I am looking for someone who has similar hobbies and who is ideally 25-35 years old. Since I have a cat, living with someone who is used to and familiar with cats would be ideal! The rent is £1500 pcm (excl bills)
