Located ‘between the commons’ just off the sought after Northcote Road with premium shops and bars. A vibrant fun and family feel community. This is a well-maintained 4 bedroom house with a private landlord who is very respectful and great to deal with.
You will be living with Trent (Australian/ Accountant), Jess (Argentinian/ Events Manager) and Liam (Australian/ Finance).
We are all fairly independent with our own things going on but when at home we are friendly and chatty whilst respectful of each others space. We are very laid back and make a conscious effort to keep the house clean and tidy for all to enjoy.
Living room with sofas and coffee table, wash room with new tumble drier and drying racks (and also used for some additional storage), large kitchen refurbished 2 years ago, garden with patio table and BBQ (a sun trap in the summer and quiet neighbours), cellar for storage. New double glazed windows were installed throughout the house 2 years ago.
The bedroom sits alone on the top floor (2nd floor) of the house overlooking the back garden with its own bathroom which is separate from the main household bathroom. Double bed with a new mattress 1 year ago and built in wardrobes. The room also comes with the large white chest of drawers.
Clapham Junction train station is a 10 minute walk and Clapham South tube station is a 15 minute walk. Bus routes 319 and G1 are a couple of minutes walk away on Northcote Road.
All bills are an additional £125 per month.
