The flat’s in an amazing location - short walk to Clapham Common and Battersea Park, with plenty of cafes, pubs, and restaurants nearby. It’s about 10 mins to Clapham Junction station, 20 mins to Clapham Common tube station, and bus stops within walking distance.
The room is a double, bright and fully furnished. A good sized kitchen with a separate lounge.
You’ll be sharing with me - I’m Aussie in my early 30s working in healthcare. I’m looking for another female, ideally mid/late 20s to early 30s, who’s tidy, enjoys their own space but is also up for a chat or watching an ep on the sofa.
Rent: £950 per month + bills approx. £150 (Wandsworth council tax)
