Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to sign onto the lease in a 2-bed flat in Clapham Junction. Minimum 1 year contract. Current lease is coming to an end and my flatmate is moving back to Australia.
The flat’s in an amazing location - just a short walk to Clapham Common, with loads of cafes, pubs, and restaurants nearby. It’s about 10 mins to Clapham Junction station, 20 mins to Clapham Common tube station, and there are plenty of bus routes around, so getting anywhere’s easy.
The room’s a good-sized double, bright and fully furnished. A good sized kitchen with a separate lounge. Falls in Wandsworth council - so cheap council tax!
You’ll be sharing with me - I’m Aussie in my early 30s working in healthcare. I’m looking for another female, ideally mid/late 20s to early 30s, who’s tidy, enjoys their own space but is also up for a chat or watching an ep on the sofa.
