Flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, close to pubs/restaurants/shops on northcote road and St Johns Hill, and close to Wandsworth park, Wandsworth common, Battersea park and the river.

Easy going and chilled flat, looking for someone who is similar age (24-29), does a mixture of office/wfh, clean and tidy. We are both often out doing our own things but also like to spend time together in the flat in the evenings.
