We are looking for someone to move into our furnished double bedroom in our awesome house in Clapham/ Battersea! This is a must see house just 3 min walk from Clapham Junction train station.

We're looking for someone ideally 27-37 easy going and social to join the house. You will be sharing with 3 females and 1 male. All are full time professionals, working between the office and home during the week.

House has 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, bifold doors to back garden and a separate rooftop terrace. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, oven, microwave and kettle. Also basement with a washer and dryer. Bills come to about £200/month.

Room comes furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
