We’re looking for a new person to join our flat. Previously three school friends, all professionals in London. One person is moving out of their double room. We live in a luxury modern apartment with a concierge, gym in a great area. The flat is right on the river and only a 7 minute walk to Clapham junction station. Bills not included*
We’re looking someone to move in before our contract is due mid December. Our flat is socialable and we’d be looking for someone who shares similar interests. We work during the day either at home or in the office (finance and tech sales). During nights we go to the gym, watch TV and cook dinner. Weekends normally look like a combination of exercise (gym, cycling, golf) and go out to pubs / bars.
