Double room near Clapham Junction

Looking for a female flatmate to join me in a 2 bed flat just off Northcote Road this December as my current flatmate is moving out. I’m looking for someone who treats the flat as a home, is clean and tidy and ideally works in the office a few days a week.

About the flat
The room is a double available from 19th December, potentially a little sooner. There is a large shared living room and kitchen, and all the furniture except one chest of drawers can be bought from my current flatmate. I have an en-suite, so you’d have full use of the downstairs bathroom shown in the pictures.

The flat is in a great location just off Northcote Road, with every shop, café and pub you could want nearby. It’s around a 12 minute walk to Clapham Junction, which has quick connections to Victoria and Waterloo, and about a 20 minute walk to Clapham South for the Northern line.

The rent is approximately £1,010 a month and does not include bills. On average, bills are around £150 - £160 a month (inc. council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).

About me
I’m 28, from Hertfordshire, and work in marketing and events in Soho. I’m in the office 3/4 days a week and work from home on the remaining days.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone a similar age who wants to be friends as well as flatmates. I love a pub visit, dinners out, trying to read more than 1 book a month, and the occasional attempt at a run around the Common.
