Ideally we would exchange first week of January following the Christmas break but can be flexible :)
Amazing location just off Northcote road, Clapham Junction. Vibrant area with lots of shops/restaurants.
15 min walk to Clapham Junction overground station and Clapham South tube station (northern line).
Currently 2 lovely girls; Emma (34) and Victoria (32) 1 other room is currently being filled with a girl to replace Sophie (32) at the end of the year.
We’re all pretty independent and do our own thing most of the time, but enjoy a drink/ takeaway/ movie together if we’re in at the same time!
The house has three floors and a fully stocked kitchen and living / dining room. There are two bathrooms and then a third downstairs toilet on ground floor (you’d just share a bathroom with one person). We also have a garden which is ideal for the summer!
Bed and mattress included, all other furniture excluded.
Tenancy ends 28th July 2026, so you will be taking it over part way through (I will arrange the change over of names through the letting agent).
I’ve lived here for 3 years and moving out to live with my boyfriend. This has been an amazing and cozy home to work and live in, in a great location with lovely girls.
