Room in lovely 2 Bed flat in Clapham Junction

Looking for somebody to take over my room in a 2 bed, top floor flat. You’d be living with my housemate Tony who is 35 and an awesome bloke.

Room available from the start of January!

📍Located a short walk from Clapham Junction station, looking right over the common, just off Northcote road

- Great location for being social, pubs and bars minutes away, great cafes and brunch spots, Tesco express steps away from the front door.
- Big ASDA only a 6 minute walk away
- The room you will be taking over looks out onto right onto Clapham common
- Clappy J station a 11 minute walk away
- Clapham Common tube station 20mij walk away
- 35 and 37 bus stop out the front, Northcote bus stops minutes away

🛏️Room:
The room comes with pretty much all furniture seen in the photos. Double bed feels super spacious with the a larger bed frame. Big window with great sunrises and great airflow with the door open.

Tony is a great housemate, he’s always on top of cleanliness and keeps very tidy. Super open and communicative. I didn’t know Tony when I moved in, but quickly become great friends. Looking for someone who likes a beer and social events, but also enjoys a quiet night in!

Our landlord is a fellow Aussie and is always quick to respond and sort any issues that arise in the flat and is super friendly!
