I’m moving out of our flat just a minute from Clapham Junction and looking for someone to take over my room until June which is when the contract ends.

It’s the biggest room in the house - super spacious, with big bay windows and loads of light. Perfect if you like having a bit of space to chill or work from home.

The house is a modern Victorian with all the nice touches - high ceilings, clean kitchen, comfy living space, and a great location. You’ve got everything right on your doorstep: restaurants, bars, gyms, and nightlife - plus trains that get you anywhere in London super easily.

You’ll be living with three other young professionals - everyone’s friends and a really solid group. We hang out for films, drinks, dinner parties, but also respect each other’s space.

Rent is £1000 excluding bills which will be roughly £100
