We're looking for a new flatmate to move into our spare room anytime from November until March/April.

The room is pretty spacious with an en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space.

We're near the Four Thieves on Lavender Hill;
- 9 min walk to Clapham Junction station
- 2 mins to Clapham Common westside
- 5 mins from big Asda

It's a 2 bed flat with a bright living room, kitchen and small garden which the spare room looks into.

We're a professional couple from Australia/Wales and work in Tech/Fashion.

Rent is £1,100pm
Bills £100; including fast Wifi, Gas/Electric, Council Tax and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks.

Extra Details

While the spare room is a double, the rest of the flat is quite small so it doesn't quite work to have 4 people living here permanently.

We occasionally look after a family dog, but he's not here all the time.
