A split-level 3 bed maisonette flat with a big living room with bay window, kitchen and bathroom (with a bath) on a quiet residential street. A lovely friendly couple in the ground floor flat. No garden access however 1 min walk away from Clapham Common!

Location
ASDA Superstore at the end of the road, just off Lavender Hill, 3 min walk from Northcote Road with lots of great pubs, bars and restaurants. 7min walk to Clapham Junction station with trains to Waterloo and Victoria, as well as lots of regular buses to Clapham Common tube.

Flatmates
25 and 27yr old girls, who work in Marketing and the Charity sector. Two lovely friendly girls who I am so sad to be leaving as we are all very close. We all get along really well, enjoy spending time together but also have our own social lives. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and all chip in with cleaning, so looking for someone to keep up those standards.

Rent & Bills
Rent will be £1140/ month. Set at that amount or 12 months, contract renews in August each year.
Bills are around £110/month, it varies depending on time of year but we try and keep most things on direct debit so it stays around the same throughout the year.
