One double room available in Clapham Junction

Hiya,

We are looking for someone to join our sociable 3 bed flat, ideally a girl 28+ who’s a full time professional.

In the flat, we currently have 2 girls (29-32), who are easy-going professionals. We’re a very respectful and clean household. We have friends over for dinner but don’t do big parties. We enjoy having a home cooked meal together, catching up over a cup of tea and doing activities together over the weekend.

The room is the largest in the flat and has plenty of storage with built in cupboards.
Bathroom is shared with one more person.

Bills aren't included and are £105 a month.

There is a large double living room and a kitchen area.

It's in a great location, about 8 minutes from the train station (Clapham Junction), close to Northcote Road and 20 min walk from Clapham Common.
