Hi, I’m Alex a busy professional, ideally seeking a long-term, quiet, tidy, single (no couples) professional/postgraduate housemate in my two bed and bathroom beautifully appointed apartment with stunning views over London.

I’m a discreet flatmate looking for a sidekick who is comfortable with a more relaxed and peaceful house vibe and values privacy where the home is a sanctuary to enjoy rather than a loud and highly sociable place. The flat will often be empty as I travel a lot with work/leisure.

Your room is a large double with a wardrobe within, but otherwise empty for you to decorate and furnish as you wish. In addition you will have sole access to your own private bathroom complete with bath, shower, WC and sink.

There is a large open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room to enjoy that is fully kitted out, complete with large Sky Glass TV, beautifully decorated and fully furnished with stunning views over London and access to a balcony which is lovely for summer evenings.

All bills are included in the rent covering Council Tax, super-fast Wi-Fi, electricity, water, service charge plus Sky and Netflix. Cleaner 2x per month also.

There is also off-street parking available and storage for a bicycle too.

Situated 7-8 mins walk from both Northcote Road (for gorgeous shops, cafes and restaurants) and Clapham Junction Station, with excellent rail links to central London.

For recreation, walks, runs or park exercise classes Clapham Common is a 5 min walk (2 min jog!) from the flat.
