Room free in Clapham/Battersea from early December

£995 a month excluding bills. (£85 for bills including council tax, water and WiFi)

Hiya! I’m leaving my flat on the 4th December to move in with a friend closer to work, with the current contract expiring in August. The tenancy start date is the 4th but I can be flexible by a couple of days either way! The flat is in a super convenient location, with Clapham Junction a 10 min walk away, and pubs like The Ship and the Northcote also only a 10 min walk away. The room is super spacious and comes with a bed and a built in wardrobe. All of the girls living here are super sweet and tidy, but also love a trip to the pub and a weeknight catchup with dinner. Two of them are 23, and the other 22, and they all work in a range of jobs (retail/law/marketing), so we’re looking for anyone similar! We’re looking to get this sorted ASAP as the new tenant needs to be confirmed by the 20th of November, so please message me and we can arrange viewings both on Monday and Tuesday (17th and 18th November).
