There is basement storage available also for suitcases etc. There are 2 bathrooms shared between the other 4 rooms and a downstairs WC next to the kitchen.
Located a 15-minute walk from Clapham Junction train station connecting to Victoria, Vauxhall and Waterloo or a 20 minute walk/10-minute bus to Clapham Common tube station.
The house is on a quiet street just off the common, a short walk from Battersea rise and Northcote Road with plenty of pubs, shops, gyms and supermarkets within walking distance.
🛌The Room:
En-suite room with double bed, double wardrobe and built in shelf unit, en-suite with shower (desk and bedside table not included)
💷Rent is £1280 + pills which are typically £125 max (usually lower in summer) inclusive of council tax, tv licence, utilities, WiFi and a cleaner who comes every 2 week for the common areas and bathrooms (incl. en suite).
IMPORTANT: Tenants require a min.
Income of £34,500 per annum or a guarantor earning on or above this sum - deposit TBC by agent but likely 1.5 x rent.
We are renewing our lease commencing 3rd Jan 2026 for 12 months however, room is available from 1st Dec (when our housemate is moving out) so you will be subletting for a month or the remains term then will be named on the lease in January.
We are 4 girls between 25-28 (Aussie, Irish, Scottish and English) looking for another girl aged between 26-28, we all work hybrid between the office and home so ideally looking for somebody who is hybrid or in the office also. We all have busy schedules and have our own friends etc. but are always happy to chat together or go for a drink as well so are looking for somebody with a similar vibe ☺️ no couples sorry!
Our landlord is chill and helpful with any repairs etc. also!
