Hey there! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Clapham Junction.

The available room is bright, spacious, and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and loads of storage space. The kitchen is big with a cosy dining space and gets plenty of light during afternoons.

You’d be living with Fiona and Grace- two of the loveliest, warmest girls you’ll meet.

The flat has a chill, homely vibe, so we’re hoping to find a like-minded girlie who’s friendly, easy-going, and house-trained (the usual: tidy, respectful, and fun to be around). Someone who enjoys a balance of social time and personal space.

The flat is in a secure development with a concierge, which gives great peace of mind. As residents, we also have free access to the on-site leisure centre, which includes an indoor gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a sauna. It’s honestly such a nice bonus to have all of that right downstairs!

Location-wise, it’s a dream: literally cross the road and bam- Clapham Junction station! Just a 6-minute walk to Lidl, Asda, Boots, and loads of great pubs and restaurants nearby. You’ll never run out of places to explore here. Plus, we’re only 15ish minutes from both Battersea Park and Clapham Common- perfect for weekend strolls.

The rent including bills is 950 which is honestly a steal for this area!

The move-in date for the flat is 5th December. The initial lease would run until 5th February, as you'll be taking over my spot on the current contract. After that, you'd have the option to renew the lease if you'd like to continue staying on.
