Unfortunately, our housemate is moving back home, so we’re looking for someone to join our lovely five-bed, two-bath home in Clapham Junction. The house has a huge lounge, newly renovated kitchen / bathrooms, and best of all - a cute garden where we spend all our time during summer.

📍 The location:

The house is a 10 min walk from Clapham Junction and short bus from the top of our road to Clapham Common (Northern Line), so really well connected and also loads of amazing spots close by - think supermarkets, gyms, amazing coffee and eats spots, pubs, bars (Clapham High St and Northcote Rd 😏) and the common!!!

🛌 The room:

The room is up on the top floor of the house and you’ll share a bathroom with just one other person. It comes unfurnished besides a double bed, so you can make it completely your own.

Deposit: £1270

Move-in: from 15 December - 26 December

👯‍♀️ The housemates:

We’re a sociable, friendly group of girls (23-25) who have become great pals since moving in earlier this year. There’s always something going on, whether it’s a walk, a night out, friends over, or a chilled evening watching TV together, but we also have our own friends outside the house too. We like to keep things tidy and are looking for someone who’s clean, easygoing, and up for being part of the house, not just renting the room.
