Move in date is 16th Dec but can be flexible that week! This room/flat is a steal and I am so sad to be moving 💖

You will be living with Jess (23) and Esther (28) who are just the best housemates which makes leaving so much harder! Both word 9-5 in the city with hybrid/ full time in office jobs. Ideally the person moving in is between 23 - 30 and also has a similar work set up.

I’d be looking to send the new tenant’s details to the agent asap so we can get the ball rolling with referencing (work & employment) etc. as that can take up to 6 weeks! You will need to earn over £31k to pass referencing checks and hold a UK passport.

The flat
• Located in Clapham Junction area, about a 5 min. walk to the station, walking distance to Northcote road
• 3 bed flat, sharing with 2 other lovely girls! Looking for someone who is warm, sociable, clean and tidy, etc etc!
• Fab sized open plan kitchen & living space with a dishwasher
• The room is £1100 and bills come to about £150 max. so all in ~£1250 for the month. Rent is rising to £1150 from 11th Jan 2026
• The room is unfurnished/ potentially part furnished but tbc.
