1X Single Room available for £675pcm
Bills are not included in the rent but are circa £120pcm for water, fast broadband, electricity/gas and council tax
Open to students/professionals of both genders. Current flatmates are two guys in their mid twenties who work 9-5. Looking for social people who ideally have a 9-5 schedule but not essential, not a party flat but regularly have people round so looking for people who are seeking a home rather than just a room :)
