Moving closer to work, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from around 14th December.

The house:

You'd be living in a lovely house only ~10 mins walk to Clapham Junction station (easy access to Victoria, Waterloo and the Mildmay line overground).

The room is a large double, which comes with a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk & chair, and a bedside table, plus a bookshelf in the wall.

You'd be sharing the shower in the main bathroom with only one other person, then there's an additional separate toilet on the 1st floor.

The living room is cosy and great for having an evening in, and there's plenty of space in the kitchen (plus a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and a 2nd TV).

There's also a really lovely attic space which is currently a spare room - we use this for a mix of wfh days, having guests stay over, or reading etc.

The area:

The house is close to Clapham Junction station, which is well-connected to central London. Big Asda and Lidl are a similar distance away. Then Northcote Road and Battersea park are each only 15-20 mins walk away.

The house is away from the main road, so it's nice and quiet when you're trying to sleep.

The flatmates:

You'd be living with Izzy (24), Phoebe (25), and Francesca (27). Izzy is a friend from uni, and the other two we met here (both lovely). We're often on our own schedules, but sometimes do also go to the pub, go out to events, or just pop the telly on. They're all clean and respectful of each others' space.

Other:

The landlord is amazing - so polite, very responsive and really cares about the house. Any issues we've raised have been quickly resolved.
