Double Room In Spacious 2 Bed Flat

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a replacement for my current flatmate, as she’s moving out of her cosy double room in our two bed apartment. The room will be available from 24th December, with the new contract starting on 3rd January.

The flat was recently renovated, fully furnished, and feels very spacious with high ceilings and a balcony. We have brand new appliances including a washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.

The location is fantastic — just a 3-minute walk to Clapham Junction Station, about 10 minutes to Northcote Road with its restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and supermarkets (Asda, Waitrose, Whole Foods, Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco), and only a 5-minute walk to the Thames Path, perfect for walks or runs by the river.

The room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a full-length mirror — all ready for you to move in.

Bills are not included and usually come to around £70–100/month, depending on the season.

And a bit about me: I’m Ukrainian, 30 years old, and work as a marketing manager. I work from home most days, I’m usually busy and quiet, and I like to keep the flat very clean and tidy. I really appreciate a calm, respectful home environment.

In my free time, I love yoga, going to gigs, exploring new places, travelling, and spending time at the gym. I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also enjoy peace at home — so I’m hoping to find someone who appreciates the same vibe and is clean, considerate, and respectful.
