Hiya! We’re looking for someone to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Clapham Junction for a short period (dec to feb), with the option to renew the tenancy for longer.

The available rooms are bright, spacious, and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, 2 wardrobes, a bedside table and loads of storage space.

The kitchen is big with a great dining space and gets plenty of light during afternoons.

The flat is in a secure development with a concierge, which gives great peace of mind (no stolen packages). As residents, we also have free access to the on-site leisure centre, which includes an indoor gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a sauna. It’s honestly such a nice bonus to have all of that right downstairs!

Location-wise, it’s a dream: literally cross the road and bam- Clapham Junction station! Just a 6-minute walk to Lidl, Asda, Boots, and loads of great pubs and restaurants nearby. You’ll never run out of places to explore here. Plus, we’re only 15ish minutes from both Battersea Park and Clapham Common- perfect for weekend strolls.
