2 Double Rooms Available in Battersea Flat

Hello!

Looking to fill 2 double bedrooms in our cosy Clapham Junction flat.

The Flat
The flat is in an ideal location - 5 min walk from Clapham Junction Station, from where you can get to Waterloo/Victoria in approx 10 mins. There’s a huge Lidl/Asda in 5 min walking distance too, and we’re about 15 mins from Battersea Park/Clapham Common which is great if you’re into walking/running & really nice to have nearby in the summer. It’s a well-lit area and we’ve never experienced feeling unsafe walking around after dark.
The flat is on the 14th floor of a tower block, so we’ve got a stunning view of the London skyline (the pics don’t do it justice!). There are 3 bathrooms:
1. sink/toilet/bath
2. shower/sink
3. toilet/sink

The kitchen/living room area is really spacious with loads of seating. Equipped with all the usual stuff like fridge/freezer/microwave/air fryer etc.

Room 1 £700
Double room with lots of natural light. Despite being on the smaller side, it can fit a little desk if you work from home (you’d also be welcome to use the kitchen to wfh if you prefer). There’s a huge built-in wardrobe & chest of drawers, plus storage space under the bed.

Room 2 £700
Medium sized double with windows facing out over the London skyline. Also fitted with built-in wardrobe, bookshelf, and small desk, and also with ample storage under the bed.

The Flatmates
You’d be living with two girls, Alice and Alison, Irish & Aussie, both in our late 20s. We get on well, chat in the kitchen and have the odd flat dinner but equally have our own friends/lives going on outside the flat, so would want someone in a similar situation.

Other details/logistics
The rent for both rooms is £700pcm (this is the price set by our landlord, not by us) Bills come to approx. £55-75 depending on the month (we’re fortunate to be on the cheapest council tax band in London!).
We would prefer to live with someone who works either in the office full time or hybrid (not solely wfh). We are also unfortunately unable to accept students.
