Double bed room available in Clapham Junction

Spacious double bed room available in Clapham junction from January 12th (can be flexible on dates). The room comes with its own downstairs bathroom, the other rooms in the appartment are en-suite so this bathroom would be fully yours. The room comes part furnished with the wardrobe and bed. The room is quite big so you can easily fit a desk in there and has lots of storage space.

The house is located just off St John’s Hill which has lots of lively bars and great restaurants in the area. Clapham Junction station is only a 7/8 min walk away and you can walk to Wandsworth town in about 15 mins.

The flat is a 3-bed, 3-bathroom house. You would be living with 2 other guys aged 27 and 30. Jamie works in Tech Sales and Ryan works in Finance. Both wfh 2-3 days a week and are quite sociable and into their Sports/Gym. Ideally we’re looking for someone that is also relaxed, sociable and clean and has similar interests.

Bills come to about £80 a month and are paid on the 25th of every month. Rent is due on the 01st of every month. Looking to arrange viewings asap and make a decision on a new tenant before Christmas given the move in date.
