Our housemate is on a Musical tour during 2026 and is subletting her room (with agreement from our landlord) for the time she’s gone.

Tenancy start date: Monday 9th February 2026

Tenancy end date: Thursday 31st December 2026

Four bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, 2 without. There’s a loo downstairs and a main bathroom upstairs. Large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large living/dining room and we also have a small garden 🥰

* Price - £1100pcm including all bills and all shared communal costs. No deposit.

* Super private double bedroom in its own little turret with an unmatched blackout blind

* Non en-suite room but only share main bathroom with one other gal.

* Fully furnished - includes desk, drawers, bedside table, low shelving cabinet and tall standing lamp. Aside from the bed, any furniture can be removed if preferred.

* Great amount of storage - under bed storage, built-in wardrobes/shelves in the room and another built-in wardrobe/shelves on the private landing area directly outside the room.

💗A little about us!💗

We are Bridget, Ciara, and Orla, and we all met on Spareroom!

Bridget is a civil servant and works in the office 4-5 days a week. Ciara works in business development for a beauty company and is in the office 2-3 days a week. Orla works in sports marketing and is in the office 4 days a week.

We all love spending time together, but also respect each other’s alone time. Our evenings are often spent together in our living room and we try to do social things together whenever our schedules allow. We share the effort to keep our lovely house clean and tidy for all of us.
