2 Rooms in a 4 bed house - Clapham Junction

We're 2 friends from Surrey (obviously) - moved up in November last year into this 4 bed house. Our two other flat mates are moving in with their girlfriends, so we have two rooms available.

It's a nice sized house, great location, decent kitchen & garden, so keen to keep it rolling. You'll be living with myself, Joss - I run a healthcare clinic in Surrey, and Sam - head of tennis at UCL.

Both rooms are good sized doubles with room for a desk. The £1082 room is available from the 13th December.
The £1042 from the end of Jan. There's some flexibility with move in dates for both of these.

You'll be sharing a bathroom together, there's also another communal toilet downstairs.

Ideally it'd be cool to have 2 friends moving in, but individuals welcome to apply.

Updated --- 1 of the rooms has been taken by Jade, 31, from mid January. So we're now looking for another girl to fill the remaining room to make it 50:50. Please give us a shout if you want to pop in to have a look
