2 Rooms in a 4 bed house - Clapham Junction

We're 2 friends from Surrey (obviously) - moved up in November last year into this 4 bed house. Our two other flat mates are moving in with their girlfriends, we now have one room available as the other has now been let.

It's a nice sized house, great location, decent kitchen & garden, so keen to keep it rolling. You'll be living with myself, Joss - I run a healthcare clinic in Surrey, and Sam - head of tennis at UCL.

The room up for grabs is available from from the 13th of January however there is flexibility if wanting to move in later on in the month.

The house has 2 bathroom so you'd be sharing with one other person, there's also another communal toilet downstairs.

Updated --- 1 of the rooms has been taken by Jade, 31, from mid January. So we're now keen for another girl to fill the remaining room to make it 50:50. Please give us a shout if you want to pop in to have a look. The room is still available from 14th of January however there is some flexibility if you would like to move in at a later date in January.

We are looking to invite people to view rooms on Sunday afternoon/Monday evening so please message us if interested either way!
