Hi everyone, I’m moving out of my flat in Clapham Junction in December and looking for someone to fill my room.
Move in date would be 1st January but can be flexible - room is available from now.
The flat is in a perfect location, about an 8 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, a 10 min bus/20 min walk from Clapham Common tube station, a less than 2 min walk from the common. We are also a 5 min walk from a massive Asda and also a M&S and Waitrose.
The room is 1050 per month, not including bills. Bills tend to be around 100 per month. The lease is on a rolling contract so wouldn’t be locked in for any amount of time.
It’s a two bed - you’ll be sharing with my lovely flatmate (also called Imogen!) who is 26 and works in F1.
