I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Clapham Junction for all of Jan! Flexibility to move in late December if needed.
We are also looking for someone to take over the room permanently so if that interests you let me know!
There are 3 other Aussie girls (Amanda, Ava and Lauren) living in the house, all lovely and super friendly. The girls love a movie night in or strolling around the common with a coffee in hand! Would love to find someone who’s similar 🥰
The room is cozy with a double bed and plenty of storage space. You’d also be sharing a large modern bathroom with just one other girl.
Location:
12 min walk from Clapham Junction station.
3 min walk to a bus stop.
Lots of shops and restaurants close by on St. John’s hill, northcote Rd and Wandsworth.
£1050 for the month, bills included - negotiable for a longer stay.
