Large ground-floor room in a friendly house, just a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction station and the iconic Battersea Park. The downstairs area features a spacious kitchen with two hobs and ovens, a dishwasher, washing machine, three fridges, and plenty of storage. Upstairs, there is a second washing machine, three bathrooms, and a dryer.

All bills are included—water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi—and a cleaner visits weekly.

The house is shared with eight other people, all in their 20s. Everyone met after moving in and is friendly and sociable. The household enjoys nights out, pub trips, cosy nights in watching TV, dinners, and even holidays together. It’s especially ideal for anyone moving to London for the first time who’s keen to make friends or even if you already have friends in London and want to meet new people.
