Double Room Private Bathroom Couples Welcome

I am moving out of my room at the end of Jan and there are just over two months left on the tenancy agreement. The room is available until 15th April 2026 at which point the landlords are hoping to sell.
Your double room and bathroom take up the whole top floor of this 3-bed house giving you lots of privacy. There's plenty of storage in the bedroom and space for a desk to work from home. The bedroom comes furnished with the double bed and the tall wooden chest of drawers.
There is a large kitchen with a separate living room and a really nice sized courtyard on the ground floor. You will be living with a guy and a girl, both young professionals from New Zealand. Both work 9-5 jobs on a hybrid basis. Council Tax is Band D. Bills are split equally amongst everyone in the house.
Given the privacy, it's ideal for a couple but singles also very welcome. I'm looking for young professional(s) to replace me in this really lovely house. The only reason I am leaving is because I am buying!
