We have three double rooms becoming available in our spacious 4-bedroom flat in Clapham Junction, as a couple of the current tenants are heading back to Australia. It’s a friendly, relaxed house and we’re looking for chilled, sociable people aged 24–32 to join.

THE ROOMS

Rent: £650 per month
Bills: Shared, approximately £125 per month

Rooms available mid to end of January. Viewings available throughout this period and early January.

THE FLAT

Large communal lounge with sofas and TV – ideal for relaxing or a few weekend pints

Fully equipped kitchen with white goods
Dining area
One full bathroom plus additional WC

This is very much a home, not a silent flat — we’re looking for people who want to be part of the household.

HOUSEMATE

You’ll be sharing with Sam (28), a Geotechnical Engineer. He’s easy-going, enjoys playing rugby, going to the gym, and either heading to the pub at the weekend or chilling on the sofa. Looking for like-minded, friendly people who are clean, respectful, and up for the occasional chat or beer.
