We’re looking for someone friendly to join our flat in the heart of Clapham Junction. The location is fantastic – close to everything you need, with great transport links and plenty of local cafés, bars, and shops.
The Room
Large double bedroom with its own en-suite shower
Bright and airy with two windows and plenty of space. The room is at the back of the house and very quite without any road noise.
Please note: The furnishings in the room with be adjusted from what it is in the photos but will contain a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws as a minimum.
Bills included or approx. monthly cost £100

About Us
We’re a newly engaged couple working as management consultants in the city. During the week, we’re busy professionals, but come the weekend, we love to make the most of life! One of us is a retired rower and sports enthusiast, while the other is a book and theatre lover – so there’s a nice balance of energy and calm in the flat.
We're two guys who love to cook, go out for the odd beer locally and host some dinner parties every now and then.
The Flat
Generous space with a separate kitchen and a large lounge/dining area
Two bedrooms, both with en-suites
Sociable atmosphere – we love hosting dinner parties, and you’ll always have an open invite.
Second floor apartment without elevator - No car parking spaces but we can request permits from the council if needed, bike storage is limited but possible... however, you will need to carry it up and down 2 sets of stairs.
3 minute walk to Clapham Junction station where you can get to Victoria or Waterloo in 6 minutes. Clapham Common is a 5 minute walk and Battersea park in 15 minutes. Great for runs. Anytime Fitness/Third Space are also a few mins walk away.

We live dangerously close to M&S, so your bank account might feel the temptation!
Wine is often on the menu in the evenings – join us if you fancy!
