Hiii Everyone! I'm Liv, 29 years old, from Surrey (classic Clapham!) and sell luxury apartments across London. I love wine, long walks, having a boogie, art galleries, singing and hanging out with my friends. I've lived in London about 11 years now (so the Surrey accent is more subdued, thank gawsh) and have inhabited Clapham for the past few years.

After 2 years in our Clappy J flat, my two lovely Aussie housemates are moving in with their other Aussie friend who has just come over to the UK, so I am therefore looking for two bubbly ladies to move-in with me.

My new ideal housemates will be chilled, clean, tidy and treat the flat as their home - it'll be your home as much as it is mine! As my bedroom (+ en-suite) is on the third level of the flat, I tend to mostly hang-out in there (my job exhausts the life out of me!) so essentially you would have the living-room to yourselves, share a bathroom between the two of you, and see me in the kitchen cooking from time-to-time.

The house isn't a 'party' house (we love a good bed-rot), but I would deffo want a pair of ladies I can go out with for cute wine nights and take out on the razz with my friends (they're hilar), so having a good social life outside of the house is preferable!

Room 1 (Larger Room) - £950 pcm + £116.43 bills per month:
Includes a bed, side table, two wardrobes, a cabinet and a mirror

Room 2 (Smaller Room) - £850 pcm + £116.43 bills per month:
Includes a bed, side table, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (unseen in the photo)

Bills include: Electricity, WIFI, Council Tax (Wandsworth - A. K.A cheapest in London cammonnnnn), Water and TV license.

The location itself is basically half way between Clapham Junction station and Clapham Common tube, with gazillions of buses surrounding, so it's super easy to get everywhere. Plus, it's about a 25 minute walk from Battersea Park and the Power Station!

The rooms are both available from 25th January 2026 so your move-in date would be fixed to that date, with a rolling contract. Minimum tenancy of 1 year preferably, as I'd love housemates that settle here like I have.
