We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join our lovely 3-bedroom house in Battersea. We've lived here for 3 years and have a great relationship with the landlord.

Right by the river and Battersea Park, and under a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction.

About us:

We’re two friends (both 31) who met at Sheffield uni, Andy is a history teacher and Simon works in marketing for a skincare brand. We’re active and sociable — into running, the gym, padel, and darts. We enjoy cooking at home and heading to the pub to see friends, but the house is relaxed rather than a party flat.

Ideally aged 28–34
No couples, no pets
Looking for a home rather than just a room

Move-in & contract:

Ideal move-in date: 15th February (some flexibility)
Minimum stay until 1st August, after which there’s the option to discuss extending
