I’m a 29-year-old professional working in the city and currently living just down the road from this flat. I’m due to move in this March as I’ll be taking over the tenancy from a friend. The property is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat with a large living room and kitchen.

- Located above a dental practice, so no noise above or below after 5pm (bonus: reception can accept parcel deliveries)

- British-Italian
- Calm, easy-going, clean & tidy
- I work in travel retail marketing for fragrance brands and usually work from home 1–2 days per week
- In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, painting, running, relaxing with a good film, or spending time with friends
- I have a big family and often visit home outside of London to see them
