I’m a 29-year-old professional working in the city and currently living just down the road from this flat. I’m due to move in this February as I’ll be taking over the tenancy from a friend. The property is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat with a large living room and kitchen.

The landlord is currently refurbishing the flat, so I’ll be sharing updated photos as soon as I receive them.

- 5-minute walk to Clapham Junction station with direct links to Waterloo, Victoria, Brighton, and Gatwick Airport (around 30 minutes to airport check-in)
- Located on St John’s Hill, a lively yet residential high street with pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets right on your doorstep

- Garden and garage
- Two large bedrooms both double beds
- One bathroom
- Spacious living area with a large dining table
- Large kitchen with a second dining table
- Located above a dental practice, so no noise above or below after 5pm (bonus: reception can accept parcel deliveries)

About me:
- British-Italian
- Calm, easy-going, clean & tidy
- I work in travel retail marketing for fragrance brands and usually work from home 1–2 days per week
- In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, painting, running, relaxing with a good film, or spending time with friends
- I have a big family and often visit home outside of London to see them
