Clapham junction flat

Hi! Our lovely flatmate is leaving at the start of February to move in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new addition. Ideally, we are looking for a female flattie aged around 26-30 who is a working professional.

Flatties: you’d be living with two 30 year old girlies, Laura (the Brit, teacher) and Ash (the Kiwi, communications). We love having a girls night, watching love island with a glass of wine (sometimes tea) and exploring London on the weekends! Looking for another friend to join us ☺️

Location📍 - we’re located in Clapham Junction. Very close to lots of shops, CJ station and Northcote road. Great location, with everything you need within an easy walking distance.

The 🏡 - 3 bed flat divided over two storeys, with 1 main bathroom (you would share this with one of the flatties) and 1 ensuite. Large kitchen and separate lounge with lots of space. A clean and tidy house with lots of room. We’re not a party house, but we love going out and also having cute flat nights in 🥂

The room - large double room located on the second floor. The bed frame and wardrobe are both available for sale. Would be signing onto the lease until later this year, with the potential to extend.

💷 - The room is £945 a month with bills on top
