There is a large lovely kitchen featuring an island, underfloor heating(😍), range cooker as well as a dishwasher which opens to a small courtyard garden with a bbq (lovely suntrap on a summers morning). Washing machine and tumble dryer & downstairs WC. bright double living room with 3 sofas (plenty of space to chill) (tv is my house mates so we will need to figure something out there 🤣) lots of under stairs storage also.
Location is spectacular as only a 4 min walk to Clapham junction station, <1min to the Asda.
Waitrose & m&s round the corner also!!
The sizes of the three rooms vary a little so this is reflected in the rent amounts, althought bills are all the same at around £95 a month incl council tax (Wandsworth ❤️❤️)
Hamptons are wanting me to provide names of new tenants by the end of Jan (I think there could be some flexibility) but eager to get sorted asap.
