My flatmate, Peppe, is moving out, so I have a furnished double room becoming available at the start of March.

• Tenancy: Until 30 June 2026. The lease has been renewed twice previously with only a minor increase (£50); the landlord has already been approached regarding the next renewal.

You’ll be living with me, Nick (31). I work in law in the city and usually work from home two to three days a week. I’m easy-going, sociable, and always up for the occasional pub night, while also respecting personal space.

I’m looking for someone aged 25–35 who is tidy, sociable, and easy to live with and keen to be more than just flatmates.
