The room has two large built in wardrobes and storage in the eaves for suitcases etc! It has double glazed windows so it nice a cosy in the winter. Your own ensuite also has plenty of storage. Unfurnished, but the current flatmate is happy to sell the bed, desk and standing mirror.

Flat 🏡:

Split over three levels with 2 bathrooms (including the ensuite) and 3 toilets. Kitchen has a gas hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and loads of storage.

Sunny lounge with a beautiful bay window, TV with Netflix and Sky TV (sports included). Plus a lovely terrace for summer drinks or watching the Battersea/New Year’s fireworks! 🥂🎇

🚇 15 min walk to Clapham Common Station and Clapham Junction Station

We also try get a cleaner in as often was we can!

Housemates 👥:

Alex (m30) and Emma (f27). Both social with most evenings spent chilling in the lounge watching TV.

Alex is into running & cycling and Emma loves going for hikes, and the occasional pilates class. They both like cooking/baking and going out for nice food and booze! They have their own friendship groups but also try and have dinner/drinks out as a flat once a month or so.

Looking for someone like minded who’s up for a chat, movie night or the occasional flat dinner and wants this to feel like a home, not just a share house 😊
