We have a lovely, spacious and fully furnished double room available to rent in Clapham Junction. 5 minutes walk from the train station, with great transport links to central London. Available from the 25th January.

Rent is £900 a month including all bills (room is £825 and bills are £75). All bills included, such as WiFi, electricity, water, council tax etc.

The fully furnished room includes a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also space to fit a desk and chair in the room (not included).

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a separate toilet. We also have access to the roof which we love to use in the summer!

You’ll be living with three lovely female professionals in their mid and late 20s. The enjoy socialising, whether it’s a trip to the pub or a movie night and are looking for someone similar and bubbly to join the flat! They also value and respect each other’s space and downtime.
