Me and my flatmate Lucy are moving out of our lovely flat in Clapham Junction. I've been here for four years now so I'm ready to explore a new bit of London and Lucy is looking for something a bit cheaper.
The flat is brilliantly located - its an 8 min walk to Clapham Junction station and you're surrounded by lovely pubs, cafes and bars. And for such a nice area, the rent is a steal!
Both rooms have double beds with a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 1: I use a foldout desk so I can save space when I'm not using it
Bedroom 2: has space for a desk to be up permanently
Three people share the bathroom as one of the other flatmate's rooms has an ensuite.
We're looking for two girls in their late twenties who are friendly, relaxed and tidy. We all lead busy lives but like to catch up when we cross paths and will watch TV together in the evenings.
